returns & refunds

All of our items are designed, printed and made to order. 

When you purchase an item, you've essentially 'reserved' an appointment and supplies will have been purchased with your order in mind.

With this in mind; we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.

If you choose to cancel your order before printing/designing has taken place, we will offer a 50% refund or credit of the full amount to spend on anything on the website.

We try our absolute best to ensure your item arrives in the condition that we sent it. However, in the unfortunate event your item is damaged, please contact us with pictures and we'll be happy to help you.

If, for any reason, your item needs to be returned to us, the postage should be covered by the customer. 

If your item is personalised/designed, a preview will be sent before printing. It is the customers responsibility to proof read and check spelling. Once the preview has been approved, we will not accept responsibility if you're not happy with your item.

DESIGN REFUNDS & FAIR usage policy

We want to make sure you're happy with your design, that's why we offer FREE amendments!

When you make your order, you are paying for ONE design. This means that when creating your design, we ask that you send us a description in as much detail as possible (images are also welcome). We will get together a proof for you and change it as many times as you like. However, if you change your mind half way through/when the design is complete and ask for a design that is completely different to the original, we have the right to

apply additional charges (from £5). 

If you decide you don't want to go ahead with your design, that's okay! If we haven't started designing, we'll refund 50% or give you the full amount as store credit. (We keep 50% as you would have reserved a space for your design to take place).

If you decide you don't want to go ahead but designing has already taken place, we will deduct a £10 design fee and the rest of your payment will be offered as a 50% refund or the remainder as credit for our website.

Please note our emails are not actively monitored due to the number of messages we get, so if you need to make any changes us to your order, please contact us via our social media accounts. If you are a regular customer, please notify us, on our social media accounts, if you would like any amendments made to your order.
