All items are packaged carefully to prevent any damage. However, if you're not happy with how your item has arrived, please message us within 2 days of receiving your item and we can rectify this for you.
Personalised items will only qualify for a refund if the item is damaged.
If you find any faults with your item at all, please send us a picture of the fault with an explanation of how it happened. This will be reviewed & a replacement will be sent IF your item is accepted as being faulty.
If the item you've ordered doesn't fit, please message us. Once we've received your item, we will arrange a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to return an item, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of postage and arrange sending it back. We recommend using a tracked service.
